At Rocklin Music Academy, we know that preschool is the perfect age to introduce kids to the joy of music. Through fun, engaging, and age-specific programs, children can begin their musical journey in a way that feels natural and playful. Our preschool music classes are designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and build the foundation for a lifelong love of music.
KiddyKeys® Piano Foundation
Ages 3-4
Our KiddyKeys® program is designed for preschoolers ages 3–4 and introduces them to the piano and basic music concepts through play. Each class uses stories, games, and singing to help children connect with rhythm, melody, and the joy of music-making. Play is the work of childhood, and this program uses play to naturally teach focus, listening skills, and early piano readiness. Parents love that it’s fun and lighthearted, while children leave each class excited to return and learn more.
Little Mozarts
Ages 4-5
For children ages 4–5, our Little Mozarts program offers a slightly more structured introduction to music and piano. Through storytelling, movement, and engaging activities, students learn rhythm, notation, and beginning piano skills in a group setting. This program builds confidence while encouraging creativity, giving children the tools they need to transition into private piano lessons later on. The class is fun and interactive, helping kids feel like real musicians while still learning in a playful way.

Sign up is easy and parent-friendly. We are available to help you 6 days a week as well. Because we only offer lessons on a month-to-month basis, there are no large upfront payments, no complicated contracts, no annual material or performance fees, and no semester minimums.
